  1. I think this is the biggest BBQ blunder! (:

  2. There can be only one expert – distract your guests with busy work like cutting pickles or enjoying adult beverages in another area away from the action.

  3. there really is no trick that we do but there is something I DO NOT let my husband do and that is squeeze the burgers 🙂

  4. when you bbq , you need to soak you steak or pork side ribs a day before your bbq with honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger ,the second day you just take out those materials and load them on grill , do not over cook them is very important

  5. I have seen grillers overcook because they don’t have everything ready when they start! So they put the meat on and then go back inside to get something and then get distracted. When they come back–overcooked meat!

    The worst!
Walking away from the grill, forgetting the lid down and coming back to “charbroiled” meat .

  7. Making sure you heat the bbq up prior to cooking and flipping too soon

I would say that the biggest blunder is leaving the plastic on the individual BBQ hotdogs and melting it on when you place them on the grill. NOT PRETTY!!!

  9. Hamburgers 2.5 mins. And flip and 2 mins on other side perfection. And depending on thick ness
